Boys, Am i cooked ?

My E2 is fuckn high, I have no symptoms of high E2, maybe a little dip in libido and erection quality (on 10-15 mg of cialias so don’t notice to much) .

On 250mg of Test E weekly since Nov 1st. Self prescribed TRT+ from a source here and I didn’t get a e2 reading before so I don’t have a reference but 15-17% bf and naturally could be a high aromatizer. Felt perfectly fine but hearing about prostate cancer is scary af.

I’ve added 100 Primo E. Should I add in Aromasin or is it overkill?

It's high, but if you aren't symptomatic, I wouldn't call you cooked.

Jumping in with 250 a week before seeing how you respond to lower doses might not have been the best plan .

Is there a reason you are running it that high, especially with almost 20% bodyfat? I saw in primals thread that you are using their cyp,and also tried a Tbol kickstart? ...... why? What is your goal and where are you in your plan to get there?

Go to the new member area, read the instructions, do what it says, make a new member post there, and tell us what your training program, food plan and goals are.

I have some antidotal things I can share, as I am currently experiencing an E2 of 100 on just 15mg test cyp every day.

Thank you brother, will read through it and follow it. To answer your questions, Tbol kickstart was more of an impatiences thing tbh. 250 might’ve been a bit high off the bat but you live and you learn.

Posted in the new members section, any antidotal things you can tell on your experience with high e2, is it just that you aromatize more than avg?

i aromatize an average amount, but even as low as 0.125 adex almost completely crashes my e2.

i too can tolerate very high e2 (most recent was almost 150 and had zero sides outside of very VERY minor facial bloating, and i enjoyed the Wicked movie probably more than i would have otherwise)

but imo having estrogen that high isnt good long term. my personal view is that any extremes for long periods is ultimately detrimental.

therefore, my take is that you should use an actual ai to get closer to the ref range, and see how you feel. it might take a couple blood tests and a few weeks/months to dial your ai dose in with your test does, but i think its doable.

for me, im seeming to settle around 18-25mg aromasin total per week, in split doses sunday and wednesday. just got another e2 test done today, so ill see how well its working and then ill get another in a few weeks to confirm.

Thanks boys, you guys have a specific e2 number you prefer/feel good at? I know everyone is different but since I still feel good should I shoot to cut this number in half or 3/4th?

I have a half baked theory involving shbg and ester metabolism length

Is there any chance your bloodwork shows your shbg and dht?

I just got a blood draw this morning and am waiting for the results to try and piece together more info

My theory is that some people don't clear androgens as quickly as others, and maybe for them elevated shbg plays a role.

I started using test in September with 25mg (175mg/week) cyp every day. Got bloodwork 40 days later. My total test was 1,631. Estradiol was 100.

I skipped my shot for 5 days, then started back at 15mg/day (105/week) Retested 40 days later. My total test had gone up to 1,667 on the lower dose and my estradiol was still 95.

Like my body was just clinging to and accumulating androgens, resulting in high conversion to estrogen and dht.

My experiment is switching from cyp to prop while keeping everything else the same. I dropped cyp on Dec 3rd. Started prop Dec. 7th. Not all the cyp has metabolized out yet but hopefully enough to see if things are changing.

When I get my results back I'll share and see if I can piece anything together about using shorter living esters when having super high estradiol on relatively low doses.

Or.... my bloodwork will show no change, and we are cooked :p

With all of that said, I only experienced some very slight nipple sensitivity for a week, and I held a lot of water that same week. My ankles were stiff while doing cardio like I had a crazy pump that literally locked them up. I'd have to stop every 5 min to stretch.

But those things went away

Not DHT but SHBG was baseline 32 and after test it’s at an 8. How’s your free test? Sounds like it’s being bound up a bit and being converted to E2.

Never got any bad water retention, nips have always been slightly hard for me even natty (if I wear non black shirts, they are always sticking tf out) now they get pretty hard on the regular but they aren’t overly sensitive. They were at first after a hot shower, not anymore. First 4 weeks I was doing M/W/F shots of Test but now been doing Daily injections which helped with the little nipple sensitivity after a hot shower.

Please do share when you get those results back as well, best of luck!

What is your doeing schedule?
Breaking it to smaller more frequent injections helps some people.
As some studies point to even high normal levels being bad long term for longevity i keep my E2 more towards the mid range as much as possible. I don't wait till i feel bad as by then damage is/has been done. High blood pressure or glucose levels can feel fine but in the long run they aren't.
If you want to go with primo or an AI i would choose one as trying to manipulate 2 new variables is difficult. Choose the one you think you are more willing to do long term as TRT can be for life.

Daily pins for the month and any slight nip sensitivity went away, which was the only negative during this experience. BP and glucose are nice right now. Have a decent amount of Primo I was going to run away, starting at 100 rather than an AI and will get retested and go from there. AIs are nice when you’re suffering from the symptoms of high E2, harsh on lipids and IGF1 as well. Not really worth it rn.
