Help 20% bodyfat

Just finished my winter bulking cycle. Went from 218 to 252. I used 600mg Test and 600mg Deca a week. Also had some Turinabol in their at the start of the cycle. My strenght is way up, but my bodtfat is aroung 20%. I just started my cutting diet this week. I am about to get my cutting cycle together. Please let me know what ya'll think. Want to get down to about 7-9% in 12 weeks.

1-12 600mg of test a week
1-12 50mg IP Winny ED
1-12 400mg EQ
1-12 400mg Primo

T3 an Clen
1-4 ramp up T3 up to 4 tabs a day(25mg a tab)
1-4 Work up to one tab a day superclen(.2mg a tab)
8-12 ramp up T3 up to 4 tabs a day
8-12 Work up to tab a day super Clen.

Thanks for the help bros. I plan on doing cradio everyday for 40 mintues to an hour. Let me know how this sounds.

I think that you have too much Test there for a cutting cyle. I would keep it to around 300mg per week. With that much Test or any Test at all (since you are cutting in this case) I would use a 3rd gen. anti-E dosing ED or EOD. I would also run the Winny for the last 6 weeks and of the cycle not for the entire 12 weeks.

Thanks for the help bros. I will cut back my test some and not add the winny in their till week six. I am on that CKD diet and it is kicking my but. I just started a few days ago and only eating 50 grams of carbs a day. I can't wait to refeed. Out.
 
I think 7-9% in 12 weeks is a very steep goal. That ends up being a loss of about 28-35 pounds of fat, or 2 1/2 to 3 pounds of fat loss per week. Not likely.
 
No need to get so technical mate just keep it simple get a nice good stack of say 100mg prop ed and maybe add some tren at 75mg-100mg ed then sort the diet and cardio out say

2g per lbm of protein
0.5grams carbs per lbm
0.25g per lbm

that should see you shed a good few pounds in 8-12 weeks

Oh nearly forgot add 1 hour cardio a day.
