34 year old done a small course of test 10ish years ago had no idea what i was doing full gym bro.

competed in strength sports for a long time then life happened had about 6-8year off. Currently struggling to have any go. Got my bloods done and these are my results. Based in aus and trt really isn't pushed unless you are absolutely bottomed out. Im overweight no doubt about that currently on reta dropping a few kgs but contemplating self administration of trt. I just really dont know how to go about it and what I should be looking for. I just know surely there's more to life then feeling this low and no energy all the time any help would be amazing

Your testosterone and SHBG are both low, that is clear from the image. Are these the only measured values? It would be good to have more info on your hormone panel. If you are considering TRT it might be best to also check your health markers, lipids, etc.

I got general bloods done at the same time and was told everything was sweet the low test was the doctors only flag but he even said that was fine.

I would lose the weight first and recheck your test. 300 isn't hypogonadal. You could probably get it up to 500 with lifestyle changes like healthy diet and consistent exercise (you mention nothing about training so I assume you don't). Unless you've already decided you want to pin for the rest of your life. I would caution against it if you are not a serious lifter with a solid foundation (5+ years consistent in the gym).
