Help brewing L carnitine

Hey guys can y’all help me with an L-Carnitine recipe. I want to brew @500mg/ml. Just need a solid recipe to go off of. Also I know L-Carnitine is legal I’m assuming bulk supplements is a good place to source the raws??

I bought mine at bulk but they may not be super pure.

The recipe I have is for 20ml @ 500mg/ml;
10 g l carnitine
12.5 ml bac stat
Filter it through a 22 micron filter

Here's a recipe using ba instead

100 ML @ 500mg/ml

59ml Distilled Water
50G L-carnitine base
1.5ml Benzoyl alcohol (1.5%)

Make sure dw is warm when mixing with the ba or it can be cloudy then use a .22um filter syringe preferably a whatman filter

you don't need a magnetic mixer. stirring it in a pot while heating is enough.

and a source? anything goes really, as long as it's l-carnitine tartrate.

Imo, anyone brewing should get a magnetic mixer. It's only 50-60 dollars.

No, you want to use base l-carnitine.

Using l-carnitine tartrate will sting pretty bad, my recipe posted was super smooth.

Oh fuck lol just checked, yeah I used the base too. Important in my case is to inject super slowly, this way it doesn't form a bump and absorbs immediately instead of staying in a lump for a couple days.

I used Carnitine Tartrate... didn't sting that bad at all (i've had worse). Went in smooth with no problems.

I use bulk supplements and I have to add some HCL to it to get the pH right. For me, once that pH is around 6-6.5, its perfect. No pip that people complain about. I brew about 600-700mg/ml.

I might go back to 500mg/ml because it just becomes too thick for a 27g needle any higher than that.
