Help me form a meal plan

Make sure you get in enough fiber! All that protein can stop you up. I eat three or four apples a day and that works for me. I put spinach or kale into my shakes as well. Any questions there are a ton of guys here. Pm me anytime and if I don't know I will know who does. Awesome to see your enthusiasm brother!
 
Hard boiled eggs. I have been pegging down 18 eggs a day and a gallon of milk- puts me at 300g protein alone
Couple of shakes full of stuff and 3 meals... I'm at 268 and maybe 12% or less. I don't count shit. Stay away from simple carbs and shove all protein you can. No fucking bread, cookies, candy- fuck all that stuff. Meat, eggs, fruit, veggies and train your ass off. Good luck- I learned how to eat on this site.

Ive been eating hard boiled eggs too but holy shit, 18, I need to step my game up.
 
Youll find there are ways to do it on the cheap as we all have budgets to consider. You will go thru a considerable amount of meat during the week. Get a card to sams. There you can get a family sized portion of chicken for 1.88/lb and pork chops for like 2.50/lb. Affordable and they will give you the protein you need. If you love milk then thats my second biggest suggestion. Have it with every meal if you can digest it. Greek yogurt and eggs are great too! Get creative bulking is fun!

Im a big guy and me and my family of 4 eat for $230 a week. If your single you could easily do it for $100 a week if you get bargains

You will be more competitive in your martial endeavors if you get bigger and stronger. Wanna be like frank mir? What flyweight would want to roll with him? I dont need to tell you that a 265 lb bjj black belt is the LAST thing you'd ever want to face. Now you got the tools. Go get him
 
Lol 265 black belt. Ill say wow i mean obviously ur technical but all those big guys... i feel never lived the little mans struggle. Its humbling. 185-200 is more my goal.

I secretly respect the big bjj guys LESS. Its the game of ppl like marcelo garcia that make bjj shine. 160lb man omaplatas 250+ blacks. But they all have to work and that MUST be respected.

I dont want you to get the impression I was talking about ME. Im no Frank Mir nor a black belt under any one. I love MMA and have been thru bjj training just not in the traditional capacity. Just felt like I needed to clear that up:)
 
Most def. Think 180-90 ill be big n strong enough but most importantly fast enough to get a 265. 265 has got to be a slow weight haha. Its like rollin a boulder.

First meal
1 cup oats
10 egg whites
16 oz water

Ill be at gym within an hour
 
Someone is telling me as we speak tht there is a max about of ptotein ur body can absorb/hr.

Every gram of protein you eat will get 'absorbed' no matter what. Macros don't just disappear. ;) You could eat it all in one sitting and there wouldn't be any difference in terms of body composition compared to eating it across several meals.

Now if this individual wants to argue that at a certain point the protein you eat will not get used for the purposes of building muscle, then yes, that is true. Amino acids can not be stored for later use, so if your bodies needs are met for protein then additional amino acids get deanimated by the liver and excreted. They can also be converted to glucose through GNG / gluconeogenesis.
 
My go to for proteins -

Pork loin on sale, 1.88lb
Dannon 0 Greek yogurt - 180 cals 22 grams of protein per serving. 2 cups is over a lb of food and only 360 cals. Add in some almonds for fat. Dannon 0 has added fiber, 10g per serving.

Fat free cottage cheese - 80 cals and 1 cup is two servings for a ton protein @160 cals. Usually I use it as a mock carb bed for lean beef pork or chicken and avacado with a strong hard cheese. 800 calorie dinner and a shit ton of protein.

Question boys. Ive been weight training one on one off and eating appropriately. If i throw wrestling (i have a serious hankering) again 3-4 times a week. Will it destroy any strength gains? I am aware that the first few classes will have me close to (if not actuslly) throwing up as the cardio is extremely intense. Can i just increase my calorie intake to compensate. Im eating like a fucking pig (healthy of course )as it is.
