Help me read my ecg please

I just did my precycle bloods and the bundle with ecg was cheap so i did it but I have no idea how to read it, can someone help me?

Normal EKG .. maybe a slight electrolyte (potassium) depletion but most likely not. Most likely what I am looking at regarding that is due to lead/ekg patch placement. Pump on unless you had breathing problems or c/p in which case seek further cardiac workup.

Thanks for the answer! I just started a very low sodium diet so maybe my body is still adjusting for it!
As for the cardio yes I haven't been doing cardio in 6 months so that's definitely a good advice.
