help==tendenitis is hips from squats

i squating heavy when i was younger and now,everytime i swuat,leg press,or hack squat,i get sharp pains on both sides of my lower hip/upper thingh(on side). could this be tendinitis? what the hell can i do about this? both sides of my hip feel as if they are bruised...

Your body is saying....Hey, I don't like this so don't go as heavy. There are also products on the market that has a strong influence in regeneration of bones and connective tissue, but keep your knees wraped and go lighter with higher reps.
 
Do you stretch? I would even look into ART before writing off your heavy lifting days.
 
Sounds like a touch of bursitis, stretching will help. Google hip bursitis and see what stretches I'm talking about.
 
When in doubt, check it out. Go see the doc and see what it is instead of trying to guess. You never know it could be something more serious.
