i squating heavy when i was younger and now,everytime i swuat,leg press,or hack squat,i get sharp pains on both sides of my lower hip/upper thingh(on side). could this be tendinitis? what the hell can i do about this? both sides of my hip feel as if they are bruised...

Your body is saying....Hey, I don't like this so don't go as heavy. There are also products on the market that has a strong influence in regeneration of bones and connective tissue, but keep your knees wraped and go lighter with higher reps.
