Help to Aromasin

I have come up with a question that I haven't really been able to find an answer to. So I hope there is someone in here who can help me.

If it is necessary to use an AI. In this case Aromasin. Do you have to take it during your entire cycle? Or just until the high E2 symptoms are gone?

You take an AI to regulate e2. If you got symptoms do bloods and go from there

I’m on trt. I don’t even have an AI. I have been on a lot of cycles over 400mg test with no AI
500 test 400 tren no AI 500 test no AI
Take Daily zinc and it seems to keep E2 under control.
Your E2 should be 10% of your free testosterone at all times so don’t be scared of having E2 out of range while on blast. Your testosterone is way out of range

See this too often. Guys jump on testosterone and have supraphysiologic testosterone levels. Obviously with high testosterone, you will get higher Estradiol. It's really all about the ratio. As long as you are not a heavy aromatase guy (too much body fat), you really won't need an AI on testosterone.

It does however not hurt to have something like raloxifene on hand, in case you get sensitive nipples but no other high e2 symptoms.

But how long should i take AI ??
For as long as you need it.

But don't go around searching for high e2 symptoms that aren't there.

If you need it within a 3-4 weeks into a cycle. You will most likely need it the rest of the time unless you introduce an anabolic that will help with e2 control

I know that my E2 will increase when taking Testosterone. I know everything you are saying. But none of you answered my question :-) :-)

Thank you!!

Everyone is different. If you have legit high E2 symptoms or have bloods that show it take it, but adjust your dose for you. You will most likely have to be on it the entire cycle. I get sore nipples on 150mg a week (TRT) and bloods are elevated but I live with it because for me, if I lower it to 'normal' I can no longer orgasm. If I go on cycle I take it but go by morning wood and orgasm ability.

It’s necessary to have it on hand. I always keep either aromasin and nolva or aromasin and raloxifene in hand. One will lower the e2 and the other will block it from growing your tits (gyno) till you get the e2 under control. It’s better to just have it and not need it!

If you need Aromasin for your x mg of AAS, you take it and symptoms go away. After you stop taking it what do you think will happen? You go back to your previous symptoms and need it again.
Thats why blood work is important, to keep your estrogen in a healthy range. Either by taking less AAS, an AI, or other drugs that lower estrogen. Good luck.
