Help Understanding Bloodwork

Happy Thanksgiving.

Sorry, I don't get notified when tagged on here. Not sure when that started. Ran across your post.

Can you share blood work? Test regimen same +/- Ox?

Assay type for TT, FT? Equilibrium dialysis for FT?
Hey there, hope you had a good one.
Not sure if any of this will make any sense, now that I’m looking back, some of the FT was direct, some was calculated, so I’m not sure it’s gonna be apples to apples. BUT I bet you can see when Ox was implemented in this timeline, and I bet you can tell which measurements were taken at peak, and which were taken at trough.

Sorry if this is hijacking the original thread, I can take it elsewhere if needed.

Will respond in detail. TT were all LCMS?

Direct FT is problematic assay. Best we can do is calculate FT with Vermeulen for each column.

For methodical comparisons TT by LCMS and FT by equilibrium dialysis is the best approach. But lets see how the calculated Vermeulen FT shakes out.

Always provide units with numbers.
