Help with a new suppliment!

I need to know if anyone has used or heard of this new suppliment a friend has given me!
The suppliment is " Quadracarn" by Beverly International??? It says it is a Phamacologically Balanced Carnitine Analog Formula??
Any help as to what and if it is any good PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
