Help with buying BTC

Can I buy BTC with my friend's credit card? If so, where?

Yes, abra used to allow credit cards. Same with cryptocoin.pro but I haven’t used them in awhile. I’m sure google would help but idk if there’s scam sites so be cautious.
The problem is you typically need to upload ID and if the card info doesn’t match your ID info it will often be rejected you may need to have your friend make the account.
also cash app is probably the easiest. You link your credit card to the cash app add cash to your account through the card then buy Bitcoin within the app.
A lot of coin exchanges will charge a higher percentage for credit rather than debit.

Yeah thats the problem, after signing in a crypto exchange website with my ID and everything the page says the card needs to match with my ID. I checked cashapp and it doesnt work where I live (only works in us or uk). I dont want to make him do the whole process of signing in, but it seems to me thats the only way.

Yeah I would say so. It’s not too long to sign up but usually takes a couple days for approval

Hope it will not be a problem if I use this thread for question. Can someone quickly point me how to buy BTC to be able to buy different stuff (from sources, whatever)? If I understand it correctly, I need to register on some exchange like Coinbase, make a purchase (by credit card? bank wire?), then I have my BTC instantly or receive it within days and then I send to some external wallet like Exodus and from there I can use it for transactions? What I dont understand is whether I can send from Coinbase to Exodus instantly or my bitcoins are somehow blocked there and I can send them after few days/weeks? I want to be able to operate with it instantly. Can someone give more insight?

You could also send directly from coinbase.

thanks, I will check it. I knew you can send directly from Coinbase but my concern was that I heard you cannot do it instantly after purchasing cryptocurrency

You could also send directly from coinbase.

What I use is the waves.exchange. download the app, make an account, buy btc with ur creditcard, wait till its in your wallet and send from their.

Don’t send directly from Coinbase to a source, Coinbase will shut your account down. Read the sticky in the crypto currency section on this site for more details.

Go to FTX.com, sign up (no kyc/ID), go to BTC wallet and select buy with fiat. Think there’s a $10,000 limit per week though for unverified accounts.
