Help with chest fat!!

Hey guys I'm new to this forum but not to Meso so....

I'm looking for some help. I'm a 29 year old male, 6'2" 230 pounds. I have a fairly muscular build but am not cut by any means.

My question is chest fat.... I have ALWAYS had some chest fat since i was a kid. Now i've been in pretty good shape before and its been less than it is now but have always at least had a little. Right now I have more than i ever have and I wonder if i am just predispostioned to store fat there.

What's the best way to get rid of this? I do work out and try to eat pretty well but if i really want to get specific and target this what should i do? Any help is appreciated.

unfortunatly I don't think it's possible to target fat at a specific point. You're body will get rid of fat where ever it wants to, just like it will store fat where ever it wants to. :(

Can't spot reduce. Get your diet and cardio in check and start dropping the fat that way. May take a little bit of time but you will lose it. Also, check into ECA, Clen, and IGF to help with the fat loss. But everyone has that one area where fat just will not leave, mine is my mid-section, it is always the last place to lean out.

Maybe try some of that Targex stuff, it is supposedly gets rid of fat where ever you apply it, along with dieting and cardio of course. Never tried it myself, and havent really heard much about, only things I hear are from those who sell it. It almost sounds to good to be true.

I havent had this checked but once in my life and that was about 7 years ago. I would say anywhere between 20 and 30%. I was 16% when they checked it then and I KNOW I've gained some body fat since then.

I've just gotten back into the gym this January and have been doing some cardio and modifying my diet but a lot of it confuses me. There is so much advice out there that I wonder if I'm exercising and eating the way I should for maximum fat loss and overall health.

Find a plan that fits what you want and try it for a few weeks and see what happens. Keep track of your workout and diet and your results. If you don't like it then try something different.
Another thing does your gym have trainers?

At 20-30% your main goal should be overall fat loss. That means modifying your diet and having a good workout plan. Most guys will have manboobs at 20-30%, so you will need to shed some serious fat. If/when you get down to around 10-14% you shouldnt have too much fat in any one area.

If it's around the nips, it could be a tissue other than fat. A lot of guys naturally develop different things in their tits. It's a very confusing organ for the male brain, and sometimes weird dtuff happens. The surgeries to remove gyno or any sort of pectoral area tissues are not very expensive and are nearly painless I believe. Once you drop down you'll know what you need to do. If you can see 5 or more abdominus rectus bumps and you still have fat in there go talk to a doctor, or plastic surgeon.
Just my $.02
