Help with cycle

Currently on blast & cruise and feeling good.
My setup:
Blast: 750 mg Testosterone for 14 weeks, plus Dbol 30 mg for 7 weeks and Anavar 30 mg for 7 weeks
Cruise: 400 mg Testosterone for 8 weeks
And then start with blast again.
This is my second blast. And I start on cruise again.
Thinking about dropping Dbol and using Deca with Test instead to reduce liver stress and get more sustainable gains.
Anyone with experience:
Is Deca a better long-term option than Dbol? Or anything else can be better.?
Are gains easier to keep?
Any downsides switching?

How many weeks into this plan are you now? Why did you pick 14 weeks? Are you adjusting only after regular blood work comes in or are you just following some random cocktail you think sounds good to get huge? Are you not getting enough gains just at 750mg test and some gh?

It sounds like you need to research just how different deca is from dbol and the care you’ll need to take to switch up. This isn’t like picking out a different flavor of Doritos than you’re used to, there are serious health effects you need to learn about and possibly manage.

If you keep it simple you can just focus on the gains in the gym instead of constantly dicking around with compounds and doses and sides.

Generally speaking you would run deca much longer than you’d run orals like dbol but you need to know if you can tolerate it and manage its unique characteristics which is hard to do if you have all these compounds changing all the time. NPP lets you try out nandrolone with a shorter ester.

And the obviously most important thing is don’t bother with Some fancy ass Elaborate cycle if your diet, training, stress, recovery and sleep are not all on point.

I want something that is healthier than dbol in long term and I'm not on gh like you write. I'm on Testo . Dbol and anavar. In my blast periods . In cruise I'm only on testesterone. And if you had read you would see how many weeks I'm in. Is my second blast 14 weeks . And I have cruised for 8 weeks. So that's mean totally 36 weeks.

And I asked for something healthier in long term. I didn't ask for tips in the gym .. About sleep rythm etc . I'm fine there . And I'm not picking like Doritos.
Next time don't be a di*k head . And answer like one.

I know that deca is working different than dbol. More slowly gains and better for the joint . And possibly deca di*k if not done correctly.
So yes I ask about is better to change out dbol and anavar, with deca in my blast periods. And only testesterone in cruise. Like I do now.

Just to save my liver in the future. Like tren I feel is to hard on the body . So would not do that .

As a 44 year old it sounds like you've done bare minimal of research. 400mg isn't a cruise. If your brand new to gear there's really no reason to try anything else except test for a few cycles.

Adding more compounds doesn't mean you'll gain more muscle. Think about it this way why take more drugs then your really need especially if you get the same outcome? If you could use one compound it'll save you one the money and two being able to run a longer cycle with lower risks.

Just my opinion.

yeah long term drop everything but test and improve your training if you want health. You don’t sound like you understand how this stuff works and need a reality check since you’re so defensive about minor push back

My cruise is 400 mg Test/week. I know some might say that’s “high,” but after running 750 mg blasts, it works perfectly for me. It keeps my hormones stable, libido up, no estrogen spikes, and muscle loss minimal, and makes restarting a blast smoother.
I don’t actually need Dbol — I get results on just Test — but it helps. I run Dbol for the first 7 weeks of the blast because it kickstarts strength and training performance, making my workouts easier and recovery faster. Then I switch to Anavar for the last 7 weeks to maintain lean gains, reduce water retention, and keep things lighter on the liver, while still benefiting from the blast. My 30 mg/day Dbol dose isn’t extreme, and Anavar is mild, so the cycle is manageable.
That said, I’m considering replacing Dbol/Anavar with Deca during blast periods, while keeping Test as the base. My main goal is long-term liver and joint health, but I still want sustainable gains.
Honestly, I haven’t really gotten answers to what I’m asking — I’m looking for experience-based feedback from users who have actually run both setups.
For anyone who’s tried this:
Are the gains easier to maintain with Deca?
Any downsides to making this switch?
Just to clarify: this isn’t a short-term cycle — this is a long-life blast & cruise protocol, and I’ve done my research on dosing and timing. I know everyone’s goals are different — mine are different from yours, maybe — so I’m specifically looking for answers from people with real experience.
And I’m not just interested in health. Health is important, but my goal is healthier gains over time, not just avoiding risk. I’m not defensive about minor pushback — I just want practical, experience-based insights, because I’ve been running this protocol for a while and want to see if Deca could fit long-term. I haven’t used Deca before, which is exactly why I’m asking
