I have't been lefting for about 3 moths and I lost a conssiderable amount muscle mass, so this is what I plan on doing:
week \ Dianabol \ Deca

1 30mg 600mg
2 40mg 600mg
3 50mg 900mg
4 60mg 900mg
5 60mg 900mg
6 50mg 900mg
7 40mg 600mg
8 30mg 600mg
I will eat somewhere around 300g protein / day; 400g carbs / day; 70-80g fat / day
I want to gain mass.
Can someone tell if this is the right thing to do? I don't have any other stuff available.
