Hey guys, I'm about to start eating clean again and I really have no clue what to eat. I'm 18 and looking to cut about 10 pounds. I was given a diet plan before but I can't find it now but I think it was something like:
Meal 1: 36g whey protein mixed with water, with a cup of oatmeal
Meal 2: 3/4 cup chicken, 1 cup of greens
Meal 3: 1 fish with 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4: 3/4 cup chicken, 1 cup greens
Meal 5: 4-5 egg whites
Meal 6: bowl of ground beef
How does that look? Any recommendations? Just looking for a healthy food plan to cut some weight...
