Help with identifying.....

Haven't been on here for a while and finally digging back in form another board! Basically, a friend was looking into having a raw mass spec'd. He tried all of the at home procedures (melting point tests, etc..) and still cant figure it out. Look to be some sort of oral. How does he go about getting it tested or mass spec'd to help him identify it?

Without knowing what it is you will have a very tough time.
