help with liver

I picked up a kit of Glutathione from Acecosm (one of many Korean beauty sites). It's also where I get my Innotox. But anyway, I hope it is buffered. I do have bicarb if needed. Anyone know how to account for the powder weight for those 600mg vials? Surely the mass of the actual puck contributes to the overall volume when reconstituted. I guess it doesn't really matter; I can just divide the resulting volume by six for 100mg each, but I've always wondered. I've been using Amino Asylum's and that stuff is horrible for PIP. It leaves long-lasting lumps. For the last few doses, I added bicarb at a 1:1 ratio, which resolved the issue completely (I tried 1:2, but it was still irritating).

Edit: 1200mg vials, not 600mg. I was remembering when I used to buy it from Flawless Beauty.

Tirz and Reta are remarkably, almost miraculously, effective at rehabilitating the liver. Reversing NAFLD, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which most adults have to some degree, and even turning back fibrosis, resulting in a significant improvement in liver function.

Yes, GLPs are intended to be taken indefinitely, at a stable maintenance dose, and this is how the maximum health benefits are gained.

They can be thought of as "Metabolic TRT". You are simply raising the level of a natural hormone(s) to a healthier level with exogenous supplementation.
This is the whole reason I tried and am using Sema.

just got my blood back everything seems normal but alat took a serious hit

ive ran clen just jumped off
running tren+accutane+test+mast rn

any tips to get alat down asap? had a serious jump from being 40-50 on cycle and 25-30 off cycle. just tested it back first time today at 300
alat down from 303 to 226 after few days off accutane, still on cycle. getting a blood test again next week to see how much its improved. sucks accutane is worse than 1.4g gear total a week still running my cycle strong till april

How's the Gluathione from Acecosm? Looking at several sources and this seems to be one of the cheapest. How long was shipping and did it come buffered? TIA.

It's been good. Definitely better quality than other sources that come premixed. I have a friend using Amino Asylum's still, and he's constantly complaining how much it burns. It amazes me at this point sources aren't held accountable for pH. I never thought about it until I realized I didn't have to put up with it.

Acecosm's shipping is very fast. It somehow gets here, internationally, within just a few days. They are also who I use for Innotox. Same experience.

The description for the Glutaone from Acecosm does not have "buffered" anywhere on it. However, on the vials themselves, there is Korean that translates to something like "stabilizer: sodium bicarbonate." That being said, I did find that reconstituting with 4ml left me with 4.7ml of total volume, which still occasionally "bit." The next time I reconstituted, I used 3ml of bac water and 1ml of sodium bicarb, which has been very, very smooth. I can't even tell when I am injecting it.

It was $30. You can almost always find a coupon for 10% there, which brought it to $54 for a kit. Then shipping pushed it up to $84 total.

interesting i am not gonna buy it, brought my liver enzymes to the healthiest they're probably ever gonna be with nac + tudca, dropped mast completely and cut dosages in half. oh and fuck accutane that shit is poison

I ran NAC and UDCA while on accutane and my liver values stayed in range.

No other orals at the time. (oral steroids)

Thanks for the report. I haven't dabbled into DIY botox but it's definitely enticing.

I've seen the glutathione brand that Acecosm sells along with another popular brand Luthione on other vendor sites. I'm assuming they're just different manufacturers and that both brands are legit since they're from Korea.

Going to pick up a few kits and sodium bicarbonate as well. Thanks again.

I'll drop this here. My previous reconstitution was total guesswork, with 3ml of bacteriostatic water and 1ml of sodium bicarbonate. While it yielded a painless injection, there could be some minor irritation/irritation starting a few minutes later. So tonight, I used Grok to do some calculations, based on my own observations that the powder itself added to the final volume around 0.7ml. Not knowing the amount of sodium bicarb in the Glutaone vials themselves is an unknown variable, but what Grok produced gave me an absolutely pain-free and irritation/itch-free injection (in stomach region, too, which is the worst area for me). Here is what I used:

Reconstitution:
  • 1200 mg glutathione reconstituted with:
    • 4.5 mL bacteriostatic water
    • 0.5 mL 8.4% sodium bicarbonate
  • Final volume: ~5.7 mL (accounting for ~0.7 mL powder displacement)
  • Glutathione concentration: 1200 mg / 5.7 mL = 210.5 mg/mL
  • Sodium bicarbonate concentration: 42 mg / 5.7 mL = 7.37 mg/mL (~0.088 mEq/mL)
  • Estimated pH: Likely 7.2-7.8 (close to physiological pH of 7.4)
95 units is exactly 200mg. My best injection yet. I've been very impressed with Grok for other things as well. It drafted an incredibly good letter to a previous landlord that double-dipped off my final rent, which is illegal in this state. I ended up getting my last month's rent refunded. Anyway, hope someone finds this useful.
