Help with test cycle, to cruise or pct?

Hey needed some insight from the pros... I have 2 years of cycle experience (still a newb i feel lol) ... I Tend to lose most of the gains when i did pct or time off... Trying not to do the same this time, i will keep my diet and training in check but heres the details of the cycle i ran test prop, tren ace, and mast for 10 weeks till end of December... Then i had a family emergency i had to leave country for 6 weeks and i was off the cycle with no pct... I lost most of the gains again and I came back hopped on test cyp and npp for 10 weeks and made decent gains which is where i am at now... Npp caused some gyno issues for me so i took letro for a week which completely fked my libido but i feel its back a little after a week.... Now i want to jump back on the cycle in 2 months, either end july or beginning august.... The ultimate question is should i cruise on test 175mg or so... Or should i pct for 3 or 4 weeks and then 1 month clean to jump back on... Appreciate any help
 
If you are planning on doing another cycle a couple months after your current one then just cruise for that period. You can always do pct after your next cycle. If losing your gains is the biggest concern you have above all else regarding pct, I believe that would be the most simple/effective way. Just my .2

Hmm yea thinking of crusing but i will have 1 or 2 weeks of no pinning due to waiting for a vial
 
My pct would be clomid, nolva, hcg
Might wanna try adding aromasin to that. There's a huge estrogen rebound that happens when you come off cycle. Aromasin will keep that in check as well as help get your own testosterone production going that much quicker.

I do have some aromasin laying around.. Last pin was 5/20th... I see what you mean nips already havr some puffiness... Waiting 2 weeks for pct to start since used test e... What should i dose aromasin at right now?

12.5 EOD is the usual, but it can vary from person to person

Also, if you're that gyno prone, Aromasin may be the AI you need. It also helps reduce SHBG, so more free test be available in your system. But do bloodwork to be sure.
 
Hmm also considering to take off 4 or 6 weeks without cruising or pct and jump right back onto a cycle... Anyone think that would be a better option than to cruise at 150mg for 6 weeks ?
 
No... wait so your asking if you should just come off a blast and do nothing? No cruise or pct? You already mentioned you lost a lot of your gains before cuz your pct got messed up... what do you think will happen if you just did nothing for 6 weeks? Cruise man, if your set on another blast in 4-6 weeks and worried about losing gains or pct, just cruise... again, just my .2

Yea you are right...just waiting on my vials to cruise lol... Im tempted to cruise on 250mg for 6 weeks lol but i think i i should lower it
 
Why do you want to cruise (and why cycles so close together)? How old are you? Goals? None of the right questions are being asked here....

I am currently 29 years old ... Been training natty for about 8 or 9 years but never been consistent until the last 2 years... I have about 4 cycles under my belt but always tend to lose most gains after pct or just life coming in the way.... Got a big event coming up in September so i physically want to be at my best then (not competing or anything) ..i just have that mental image in my mind where i physcially want to be at least once in my life just for myself...and if u read my first post my cycle got screwed basically so thats why i rather just cruise now because i want to hop back on mid july ish...
Current at about 214lbs ..6"2 ...bodyfat not sure cud be 15 to 20%..but want to be lean enough to finally see some abs lmao
 
Cruising is a bandaid for not being consistent enough to “keep gains.”

Just my .02. Cruising IMO should be for serious competitors or those with a medical needs. But the choice is yours.
 
I plan to be consistent onforward ... So you think i should pct and then hop back on end of july ?... I know its too close and not much time off cycle.. thats why i was going to cruise and blast in the end of july to sept ..then plan a proper pct after sept and take some time off

You’re answering your own questions here with the info you provide.

You need to put MORE into diet and training than gear. These are your stats after 4 cycles?

You’re going to do what you want to do but just know that the longer your testosterone is shut-down, the harder it will be to recover.

It’s YOUR decision to make and any of the guys advising you to cruise are retarded. That’s not a decision someone on the internet should be making for you.
 
^^good advice there. Hopping on AAS just so you can see your abs... Diet and training will get that done. Not trying to be rude here man but look back at your history, 4 cycles and couldnt keep gains. AAS isnt the fix. And hes right, more questions should have been asked on my side before suggesting a cruise.
 
I agree its not the fix ..im not training to see abs lol ..i am trying to be leaner and be stronger in the big lifts ... Ill be honest my first 2 cycles werent so great because i never dialed in my diet and didnt learn to eat enough... We all start somewhere and they were stupid longer cycles also and i recovered fine after them so not so worried about recovery.... i am finally eating right and seeing progress ... I made my mind up that i want to start the cycle end of july so just want opinions on how to pull this off properly from people that have much more experience than i do ...
