Help with test cycle, to cruise or pct?

Estrogen rebound isn't an actual thing.
So lets say one is coming of a cycle just using non aromatizing compounds for the last two months of a cycle,,,, and then they go on PCT just using clomid and nolvadex. Now,, are you saying that during PCT there will be no surplus in estrogen,, and using aromasin is not necessary duringc PCT?

Yes. Excess estrogen is a result of aromatization. During PCT your test levels are sub-physiological during the beginning and (ideally) at or near normal physiological levels during the end. You don't have enough test to convert to high levels of E2.

How would estrogen be an issue unless your PCT brought you well above baseline? There's not enough test in your system to convert to abnormally high estrogen levels.
 
I agree its not the fix ..im not training to see abs lol ..i am trying to be leaner and be stronger in the big lifts ... Ill be honest my first 2 cycles werent so great because i never dialed in my diet and didnt learn to eat enough... We all start somewhere and they were stupid longer cycles also and i recovered fine after them so not so worried about recovery.... i am finally eating right and seeing progress ... I made my mind up that i want to start the cycle end of july so just want opinions on how to pull this off properly from people that have much more experience than i do ...
What did your last cycle consist of? What are you planning to run next?
 
You have experience with tren? I have not used it but I will say that I am not even close to the point where I would try it and if you have an "event" coming up, would be wise to avoid it. I have used mast on a cut but that was back when I was around 10-12% bf and hit single digits. It doesnt really shine unless your bf% is lower. I'm also 6'3+ and sitting around 220(close to your stats) but it's not something I would use until my bf% was lower. Hell I have taken 3 years off AAS and still dont feel I'm even ready for a test cycle as my TRT dose is serving me well at this point... I'm sure some more experienced members will chime in but hope that helps a bit.

You don’t need Tren.

You can add mast if you want but you won’t see much.

I was thinking to add mast for its anti-estrogenic effects and the free testosterone ..... But i i think you are right.... I ran test/mast/tren before and my libido was low ...all my other cycles libido out the roof lol ..honestly sometimes i Believe test is all i need at either 500mg or 750mg... What do you recommend to run? I also got superdrol laying around

Do some more reading. Here. Books. Wherever. You need to become an expert on your own diet, training, health and steroid use. It’s YOUR body. There’s a lot of good guys here but ultimately it’s your responsibility.

Diet and training first and foremost. Get the body fat down and you’ll have much better cycles.

DO A PCT NOW. There’s no sense cruising and rushing in another cycle. What you’ve done so far hasn’t worked. Figure out your goals. Is it to add muscle or lose fat? You chase your tail if you try to do both. You need calories to grow muscle and you need a calorie deficit to cut fat. See how those don’t work together? This is likely why you haven’t kept your gains during PCT. Too many guys try “recomp” cycles. Uh-uh. Not gonna work.

At 6’2 and 215 pounds with 15-20% body fat you don’t have a lot of lean muscle. Dial in your diet and lose some weight, you’ll look good and healthy for your “event”. Honestly, you don’t need steroids for that.

Then after you loose that fat, run a REAL testosterone cycle. Just 500 mg/week. Your goal should be to add lean muscle mass so EAT a clean diet at a calorie surplus. Think of it as uncontrolled muscle growth. You’ll gain a little fat, not much, but you can strip that off later. You’ll get the most bang out of that cycle and stand a better chance of maintaining your gains.

Spend this time reading and learning, man. You’ll get so much more out of your cycles if you KNOW what you’re doing.
 
^^^There you have it, gold right there. It took me and my doc a while to get my TRT dialed in. Even longer for me to get my food intake on point and learn my body. Couldnt bulk, thinking I was eating enough of the right stuff, losing gains, dealing with old injuries, ect... but once I got it dialed in, shiiiiaaat. I could go on about what I did and didnt do but that's not going to work with everyone. Even then, where I was before and where I'm at now and my approach is different. I am somewhat stalled in certain areas of my training(others are progressing nicely)and dont want to just start throwing different compounds into my body hoping it works. Once I find an approach to break past certain plateaus in my training, then I might try a 400-500mg test cycle. You'll get it man, just dont try and rush everything.
Cruising is a bandaid for not being consistent enough to “keep gains.”

With the above being said,,,, do you feel its a good ideal to add aromasin with clomid and nolvadex during PCT to more efficiantly get the HPTA going? Or go with aromasin and clomid? Or is just clomid and nolvadex good enough?

I've never used aromasin with PCT. I don't really feel that it's necessary, but I know some people do it.

Depending on how harsh the cycle is, I use clomid and nolva or just nolva.
 
when roids leave the system and it´s time to recovery people get lazy fuck and stop eating, training hard, etc. Then they lose almost everything, this is normal.

PCT is the time when you gotta train real heavy in basics, eating loads of quality foods with high good fats, go to take the sun in your balls, jerk-off, buy supplements, etc. And of course your pct drugs.

This way you will lose just the water from aromatization, and if you do things right, maybe will end up with even more natural testosterone than before, thus the body is all about adaptation.
