Help With Thyroid Blood Work Please

Got my labs done, no GH at the time of draw. The results confuse me because my t3 is very low but my free t3 is middle of the range.

T3, Total- 61 (76-181) LOW

T4, Total- 2.6 (4.9-10.4) LOW

T3, Free- 3.4 (2.3-4.2) NORMAL

T4, Free- 1.4 (0.9-2.2) NORMAL

Free T4 Index- 1.2 (1.4-3.8 ) LOW

Reverse T3- 9 (8-25) NORMAL

T3 Uptake- 48 (22-35) HIGH

I'm having a hard time interpreting these results. Any opinions are welcome

This is certainly an interesting one for me.
Considering T3 uptake is so high.

I'm pretty good with thyroid, considering I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.

Did you get your Thyroglobulin antibodies or Thyrodoxibase( Spelling) checked?

May be helpful to check for autoimmune disease (Which is pretty common actually)

This could POSSIBLY account for the odd levels.

You could TECHNICALLY my Hypo, but since your uptake and Free is so high, it technically wouldnt be an issue even if your thyroid is not producing enough t4.

I'm interested to see what your doc says.

Keep us posted brother.

Your GP may not care because your technically balanced.
But you would want to rule out autoimmune

GPs dont typically know much about this kind of stuff.

I had to go to an Endo to get diagnosed properly
He ran blood work, but he gave me my script first, gave me a diagnosis just by looking at me lol.

It was THAT evident to a true proffesional.

Side note and weird question.

How are your eyebrows?

This was through Private MD so my GP has not seen these. I did take t3 for 6 or 7 months straight (yes, I know) and haven't used it for about 3 or four months now. I'm not currently running any Tren, and my eyebrows are fine

I asked a local Dr and he said that thje thyroid labs would be consistent with steroid use since total T3 and T4 are reduced due to drop in TBG (thyroid binding globin) but free T3 and T4 are normal, which is good sign because those are the metabolically active forms
