I want to gain a lot more muscle mass. The promblem is everyone tells me eat eat eat. High protien and cal. low carbs and bla bla. Well my promblem is that I am 19 years old. 6 ft 2 and around 235. I was 290 about a year ago. So I'm thinking that if I eat like this with the metabolic rate my body is going I would more than likely just pack on fat. instead of muscle. What do you all think?

It's possible if you eat like a pig, but a systematic diet along with hard work in the gym you may get the results you want, especially with a slight chemical enhacement. Go to animalpak.com. This is a company I've supported from day one. 50% protien 40% carb 10% fat.

What did you do to drop down from 290 to 235lb?
Well keep that up,thats bloody good going.
You should be able to spin your diet to gain weight by keeping it clean{I think sugar is the main offender in fat gain}, having the correct amount of Calories for your expenditure and maintenace.
You need to stimulate the muscle to grow though your gym work and then provide the nutrients and correct supplementation.
Eat regular clean meals, try to get the timimg of you food intake as regular as possible.
