i tried this in the steroid forum and didnt really get any answers. i have been training for 10 years. i have competed in a few shows too. i just got certified and im working at a local gym. i have to much time doing nothing between clients. i want to do double or triple workouts. my question is.........should i do the same body part all day or do 2 different ones. also if its just the same part should i go heavy then light or heavy both times! i dont want to over train but i think i can do doubles! any thoughts! and yes, im on a stack! 1200 mg. test a week, 50 mg. dbol per day and 3 iu's of hgh every workout day. trying to only train 6 days but been doing every day. im on like a 5 day loop. every bodypart in five days and then start over! HELP!
