Hemangioma on my liver

So I had an ultrasound for my liver and my doc told me that the results show I have a hemangioma on it. He said it's benign and nothing to worry about, but we will do another ultrasound in a year just to keep an eye on it.

This website says that some researchers think that there may be a link between liver hemangiomas and people who have used steroids for a long period of time for muscle building

I have been blasting and cruising for 3 years now, using just testosterone for the last two years, but have used tren and equipoise in the past. Does anyone have any experience with this? I know my doc said not to worry about it, but I'm interested in hearing from others who may have this as well.

As the most common benign liver lesion I’ve seen and followed a number of HH, in every case “further evaluation” only added to patient inconvenience and cost.

Follow your doc’s advice.

I'm Curious why did you have the ultrasound of your liver to begin with? Like did you have pain or something?

I recently got a new family doctor and I told him I'm on testosterone. He's very much ontop of my health, ordering me whatever tests I need to make sure I'm healthy.

I recently did a blood test and one of my liver enzymes came back slightly above the reference range. Neither of us were worried but he sent me for a liver ultrasound just to be sure everything was good. It came back fine except for the hemangioma.

May I ask how high your liver enzymes were? My AST was 41 (range is 0 -40) and my ALT was 56 (range is from 0 - 44). I had some bloodwork done and testing to determine if there was any liver fibrosis. Thankfully there wasn't any. My last ALT was 75 so it's coming down.

I was on HRT for years and last year I added some tren and did a light cycle. A total of 500mg for everything (200mg test and 300mg of tren) weekly. I'm guessing the tren was the culprit for me. I seemed to be

For me, I first noticed intermittent pain. It felt very swift like someone stabbing me with a 16g needle in the liver area. It was very sharp feeling but thankfully it only lasted for a split second. If it were long-lasting pain I would be in a lot of agony. It would happen a couple times a day. I don't feel that any longer but I do feel a sort of dull achiness in my liver area now and then. Now, some days I don't feel it at all.

I have more tren but don't think I will use it. I'm hoping to get my liver enzymes back to normal and then only do test cycles. Prior to all this and right before COVID hit, I once did 500mg of testosterone weekly and didn't have any liver enzyme elevations. I hope to go back to that at some point.

My ALT was 76. That was the only one out of range. I've felt no symptoms at all though. I feel perfectly fine.
