Is 55.2% hematocrit dangerous or is dropping my dose of testosterone and dropping gh and ensuring hydration and then chilling okay?
I’ve had no noticeable symptoms so far.
Basically should I see the doctor to get a therapeutic phlebotomy?
I’ve seen mixed opinions, such as that people who live at high altitudes do fine at higher levels etc. and the other end is the panicked ‘you’ll stroke out’
For context I’m 26 without cardiac risk factors.
I should add I’m taking 170mg testosterone a week and 1.4 iu hgh. But I will stop that until further notice.
Thanks in advance guys.
