Does anybody got some details about Henry Rollins training? Would be great to read something about it. The only thing i got was a story about what the training did to him, but no real infos about his typical training week.
He was in one mag a few years back I read a small article in like Flex or M+F(yes I read mF but onlyy when really bored)His training is pretty basic mostly free weights.And i remember him saying in it every once in a while he does a "deathset"20 rep breathing squats.I love his music and some of his writings though he seems to be a sellout now going on a ll these gay tv shows.Its cool though that he actually seems to be a real lifter not some punk ass girly celebrity workout like most people in the music of movie industry.
