For the trap go to a farm supply store and get a jar of DMSO. My college track coach had us use it when we had muscle and tendon injuries. It is used for horses. Just clean hands. Rub gel into muscle. Wash hands and wait for about 10 minutes or until the muscle starts getting really hot then wash off immediately. Do this once or twice a day for about a week. It will heal quicker.

Yea I think it mite be nerve becouse sleeping is when it hurts. But I heard of DMSO I gotta research it more. Valium 5Mg helps very much but it wont cure it. Im hoping test will kick up the healing.
