just an update. Things have been going pretty good been pining eod. going on the 4th week. cals still around 1500 some days more. I have been very hungry and sweating so much you could mop it up on the floor so the eq had def been kicking in also it hot as hell here in texas strength has gone up about 30 pounds more and squats about 50pds more and cardio has been more intense . body fat 8% weight is 189 and still going. at this point I am hungry slightly Irritated and sweaty will up date with picks when i can.
