I've lurked around here for almost 10 years. I had a long dormant account that is deactivated. In these 10 years I've have done 6 cycles with the most recent one being my first homebrew. I don't blast, cruise, or do the 12 on 12 off or even 12 on 24 off formats. I really just do a cycle when I feel a plateau. Until the time of about COVID I consistently weighed between 205 and 225 at 6'3 depending on bulk or cut and gear or not. Sometimes on dirtier bulks I'd get up to about 240. Since COVID my routine has changed greatly. I'm almost 270 now and no where near as lean. Still strong still plenty of good mass but some belly too. I'm now going to be doing my first real cut in almost 3 years to see if I still have the chops to get to the 12-17% body fat range I stayed in when I'm the army. Wish me luck!
