Here we go! The first cycle done, and have the DEXA scans and bloodwork

I'm happy I found this forum and have been spending a lot of time reading as much as I can, but now that I want to engage more, let's do it right and do the introduction first.

I am a late 40s male in the US. Competitive sports and training through my early 20s, then not so much. Coached high school volleyball in my 30s, and then stepped down when my first son was born. Now I have two young boys and am motivated to demonstrate and model what a happy, healthy father should be.

I started TRT a few years ago through Defy Medical. I learned the basics about what to look for in lab bloodwork from them, and after a year at the clinic, I dropped them to do it myself. Stumbled to Napsgear for the first orders, then learned about them and found my way to other suppliers listed here.

At the start of TRT (around the summer of 2021), weighed about 280 pounds (I'm 6' 2"). Testosterone levels were around 220-300.

Started TRT and landed on 120mg of Test C a week, and that felt good and put my testosterone levels in the low 900s. No side effects, no AI, great energy, and was able to slowly lose weight over the last few years.

Ran my first cycle/blast of 500mg a week in April of this year for 16 weeks and it has supercharged my workout and body composition. Testosterone range in the 3000s.

I've had three DEXA scans this year and the last showed I am not at 195 pounds. From 280 down to 195 over three years has been a great transformation. Having two young boys look up to you and do what you do provided the motivation, and the testosterone has helped power that change.

Bloodwork over the time has been fairly stable. No noticeable side effects. Hemocrit gets up to about 53. Outside of that, nothing I am worried about.

Now, time to start planning the next cycle.
