Heretic's DNP and the Newbie - long post

First of all, i'm only a newbie to this board not to bodybuilding - I'm a relatively small guy and only started reading the thread due to interest in DNP. I have researched it for a long, long time and have been on the verge of getting some of it in pure form from China (they were even going to send it to me for free - don't ask!) before I read about H's DNP.
Pre-capped, plus quercetin, plus a great rep sounded more hassle free for me so I went for it.

Anyway, the first reason I'm posting is to give a bump for H. If you're concerned about postage to uk don't be. Went smoothly and trust me anyone could open that package and they wouldn't have a clue.
The second reason is to give my feedback in the hope that it's useful for someone although the same stuff is probably covered elsewhere. I think feedback on this drug should always be made and helps keep everyone safe.

The money for my DNP was picked up on a Friday and I received the product by Tuesday - considering I live in the UK that is an absolutely amazing T/A! Huge BUMP for H! Thanks a lot mate.

I started with 200mg for four days and it wasn't too bad. The next day went up to 400mg and was still ok - i thought I may even try 600mg next cycle (NB not THIS, my first, cycle - never make that mistake!). However, day 6 it REALLY hit me and I felt like shit. The next two days, for some weird reason, were easier but I think that was mainly due to the weather. When I started, the weather was cool but, as luck would have it, the temperature rose to a fucking hot 28C (believe me, that is HOT for London!) on day 6. It then dropped to a more manageable 25C and 23 for the next two days.

supplements i used:
3x1000mg vitC (continued for at 2xday two days after cycle then 1xfor 2 days)
3x400i.u. vitE (same as above post cycle)
1xmulti vit per day
benadryl 1xday first four days then 2xday (then down to 1xday post cycle for four days)
coenzymeQ10 125mg 1xday
3xsesathin per day (another antioxidant)
eca 1xday (in the morning of the 200mg days, not on 400mg day as i felt it dehydrated me too much)
3x3 HEAT caps per day (again only for 200mg days)
glycerol - I tried for one day but only seemed to stop sweating for a few minutes. Not really worth it in my opinion.
2xv8 juice per day
I ate loads of fruit (pineapples, as H states, REALLY help) and veg.
water - I usually drink 3-4 litres per day and this probably doubled. wasn't really paying attention to quantity but was always hydrated.

I only managed cardio on the four 200mg days. Each session was a ten minute HIIT before I felt like I had to stop. I'm used to 20 minute HIIT every other day so you can guess the effect the DNP had - got dehydrated and breathless v. quickly so didn't want to push it.

Side effects:
The most immediately apparent were shortness of breath and sweating. Both increased exponentially by day. I would run out of breath speaking to someone and would sweat just sitting still. Or even thinking about sitting still. This got worse and the night sweats were truly miserable. And the sweat smells a bit weird and does stain everything yellow. Comes out in the wash though.

I didn't feel too lethargic (except, weirdly, for two/three days post cycle. very lethargic then) I just didn't WANT to do stuff rather than feeling unable too. I just wanted to sit still drinking water with two fans on me while naked.

Heat radiation from skin - everyone could tell I was burning up. The skin all over my body was burning hot. Eating carbs such as pasta really does make you burn up and sweat more. Try and avoid too much!

Muscle soreness - very apparent. Especially from trying to minimise body contact with bed for limited sweating/sticking to sheets. i.e. right hip right shoulder and arm were very sore!

Headaches - for two days post cycle. Not too bad though - only when i shook my head!

Thoughts/things I would do differently:
Next cycle would definitely be done in the winter. Winters get pretty icy here so should be much more manageable. May not go up to 400mg next time as day 6 really was shit. Will prob try 8 days @200mg
Cardio - if done outside should be early morning or late evening when heat/sunshine at lowest. Fairly Obviously.
The room you're in - keep windows open and, if you have a room which is hotter than the others which you need to use a lot (my en suite bathroom is like an oven. The only time I've cried whenever I needed to use the loo) try and keep a fan or two in there.
Clothes - change as constantly as you can as wet clothes aren't nice. I know it's obvious but you can't be arsed when on. bed sheets - if you can't be arsed to change them (again, understandable when on DNP) just rotate! works for a few days!
Hair - I've grown my hair religiously and was seriously considering shaving it just to increase heat loss via my head. I could feel the fire in between every strand.

Fat loss - it's been 3 days post cycle and I've never looked better. Day by day i was a bit gutted but knew that the best was to come. In fact, I think i'll look even better in a couple of days time once all the water's gone. It's a good feeling and does feel worth it once it's all over! (did NOT feel worth it on day 6!). Haven't been to the gym yet so waiting for effects of anabolic rebound.

Upping the dose could easily be done in the first few days as everything is going smoothly and you think 'hey, this shit is easy, don't know what all those pussies keep whining about'. Trust - it is going to hit you hard. Have some patience, and don't do anything you won't live to regret later.
Supplements may be costly (vit E and coq10 esp) but they've absolutely got to be done. The DNP itself is cheap so don't skimp on the essentials.

That's it. Before I go, does anyone out there know if, now that I've taken 400mg (and feel that I COULD go up to 600mg but just don't want to!) whether I could do a small cycle of 3-4 days straight in at 400mg? Would it be worthwhile? Heretic any ideas? No way am I doing a full 8 days at that dosage. Thanks in advance guys.

as far as your question goes, Heretic and couple other guys do 3-day blitz cycles. for example, a blitz cycle would be 1000mg the first day, then 600 mg the next two days. it's harsh, but you'd get the same amount of DNP out of 11 days of 200mg. i don't really know if the results would be comparable, that would be up to H or some other guru to answer.

once you've done a cycle, there is not point in "ramping" up to your wanted dosage. the ramp is only there to give you a chance to see if you're allergic to DNP and to gauge your reaction to its side effects.

Thanks a lot for the reply mate. There is NO way on earth I have the balls to do that blitz cycle!

Does anyone know whether 3/4 days at a lower dosage would be useful at all?

By the way, I forgot to mention that I've lost 6kgs and the water retention hasn't even completely gone yet (just 3rd day post-cycle).
 
6 kilos is what, 12-ish pounds? thats awesome, congrats.

as far as a 3 or 4 day low dose cycle, i don't think it would be very effective because DNP needs to build up in your system to get to "useful" levels. thats why you "feel" it on the 3rd or 4th day. you could always try a more reasonable blitz cycle and do something like 600-400-400 or therabouts. might be a little safer than the 1000mg one, judging from the fact that you react very well to lower dosages.
 
Excellent post bro, it sounds like you followed all the rules to a "T". On your next cycle you can just start at whatever dose you want, the first cycle you need to start low to gauge your reaction to it and to see if you are allergic. Now that you know the deal and how DNP suddenly kicks in after a few days you can start higher if you want. If you're going to use 200mg ED or EOD I suggest a longer cycle of 2 weeks, this will have you mildly uncomfortable but not absolutely miserable like a higher dose will do. As I've been advising lately I think the way to go during the summer is 200mg DNP/100mcg T-3/100mcg clen ED, this will still shed an amazing amount of fat without using so much DNP. As you've discovered higher-dose DNP cycles are best run in the winter. It will save you some money on your heating bills too.

would the clen and or dnp offset the muscle wasting that the t3 could potentially do to your body without the assistance of as.

I think everyone get the shits bro, -H- even refers to it in his sticky . Happens at 200mg/pd , happens at 800 mg/pd.
 
Thanks for the responses guys. I think I'll try a 600-600-400-200 cycle over some long cold weekend next time or maybe an 8-14 day 200mg cycle (depending on how miserable I start to feel). What do you guys think about that (specifically the 6-6-4-2 cycle)? The other cycles just sound too harsh for me. I appreciate the suggestions though.

Demeurj - thanks for reminding me. I forgot to mention two other side effects which were the squits (SQUirty...) and carb craving. The squits only lasted from day 3/4 to day 5/6 but did make my arse hurt. The carb craving was minimised by using some leptigen that I forgot to mention (leptigen usually obliterates all my carb cravings so it must have been bad whilst on DNP if I still got them whilst using the leptigen) but was still pretty strong. I just resisted the urge to pig out on chocolates and sweets and stuck to fruit.

BioAS - as I stated a few posts up, I had initially found I'd lost 6kgs. However, it's now been 5 days post-cycle so i'll jump on a scale first thing tomorrow morning and let you know the final values.

Another thing, post-DNP my lethargy increased dramatically and I could barely move for the first two days (Wed morning @12am was my last dose so won't count that day). The third day was a bit better and today I'm full of energy. Will let you all know how I feel after throwing some iron around tomorrow morning.
 
Also, the past few days (incl. today) I've still been sweating a bit more than usual.
It's nowhere near uncomfortable though.
 
Final weight loss = 6.5kgs or 14.3lbs!!!!

Felt weak in the gym this morning. No anabolic rebound effect yet.
 
Remember that you need to carb up for this to work properly, things like fat-free ice cream work well. You want to do this for about two days so your muscles can just gorge themselves, then drop back to whatever diet you usually follow.

bloody top read mate. ive been giving some thought to jumping on the dnp program myself. you mentioned that you shipped it in from china - and that it made it through customs easily... how was it packaged? what are the regulations on dnp in england?

i'm thinking of shipping some into australia but like some winnie i shipped in a while ago, im worried that it'll get confiscated...
 
Champion339 - Hey mate. I WAS going to get some shipped to me from China but it wasn't worth the hassle of preparing it myself. Instead, I ordered from Heretical (just send him an email, address is at the end of each of his posts) as he sends DNP caps internationally.

I think the regulations on DNP are pretty standard worldwide - can be owned in pure form but not capped or in appearance as though will be used for human consumption. Also, there will be hassles about it being sent to private addresses as it is so dangerous (explosive etc. but don't worry - doesn't explode that easily and especially not when capped).

Have no qualms about ordering from H. I received my pack from him four days after he picked up funds and that included the weekend! Shipping was from US to UK so that is FAST! Plus he responds to emails quickly.

The packaging is very inconspicuous! No one will have a clue that it's DNP and no questions will be asked. You'll laugh your arse off at the ingeniousness of it. So simple (I don't want to say more just in case it jeopadises use of the method) and no signature required.

I'm still in awe of how fast and hassle free H's service was considering all I'd read about the difficulties in obtaining DNP.

How did your diet look like when you were doing DNP?

I'm still a bit confused on how to eat while on DNP, simple/complex carbs?

Some still tell me that carbs fuel the fire and make burn even more fat? But I think Heretic stated that this is not true! Anyone?
