Heretic's DNP and the Newbie - long post

Great post.

Just wondering. what is the macronutrient profile for DNP usage?
70% protein, 25% carbs, 5% fats?

Are there any fruits that seem to help better IE: pinapple?

Also is DNP best when used with clen/T3?

I want to use H's DNP but I only want to use it once, I hate sweating and cant imagine doing it constantly for a week. I am gonna ust deal with it but I want the best possible results from it.

obviously you cant make good gains while on DNP, so no need for AAS. but I was wondering if GH could help with A) muscle preservation and B) fat loss?
Or would the combo of GH and DNP be too great of a risk for going hypoglycemic?

For the millionth time, do NOT do Atkins/CKD/low-carb diets while ON DNP. DNP is basically like being on a CKD diet as it burns all the glucose in your system. You still need some carbs to function on several levels, so if you cut your body's carbs even further you risk going hypo, which means nausea, dizziness, etc. If you experience this it means your blood sugar is too low and you need to drink some soda or eat some candy immediately till you feel better. Always eat high protein, moderate carbs from simple sources like fruit, and little to no fat while on DNP.

On my last DNP cycle I followed an CKD-like diet and had no problems. I tried to keep my carbs to about 50g a day. On days when I worked out, I would take extra carbs and some pyruvate. The main effects that I noticed were that I had stronger than normal carb cravings, and also sweated less than usual. I was taking 200mg a day for 18 days.
 
so you think dnp will still be working its magic 5 day after?? seriously though I stopped tuesday and even yesterday, wednsday I am feeling fine and didn't even sweat sleeping last night... its kind of odd. I would guess to say I still have about 450-500 mg left in my system but no signs of anything really...
