Start with hams
Squats 6 sets 12,10,8,6,4,2 reps
Leg press 4 sets 12
Lunges 2 sets 20 reps each leg
Stiff leg deadlifts 3 sets 12
Standing single leg curl 4 sets 12
Is this a hernia?
so at the end of my workout I went to do single leg curls did a warm up set started with left leg then went to do the right side. Did 1 complete rep and half way on the second one a got this sharp pain in my groin out of no where. First thought oh shit hernia but it dosnt hurt to squat leg press do lunges nothing even super heavy only get the sharp pain when I lift my knee to my chest.
