Been working out for 5 years and 6 months now, initially started with a dream of being big and jacked but getting into fighting quickly changed my goals from size and strength to power and stamina. Needless to say I am a gym junkie, I could spend 5 hours a day l there if my life allotted for it! This may sound childish, but I have dreams of being a UFC fighter one day. But hey, if you don't set your sights high in the world of fighting, don't even bother trying.
I've recently taken a year off well more like a year and a half off of fighting due to deaths in the family and my parents divorce, but I believe it's my time to go back, however I have lost A LOT in the year and a half I've been off, hence how I've wound up here searching for some help to get myself into fighting condition again!
