Hey Guys, just doing the introduction. I'm 6'1 208 ~14% BF. 26 years old. Been lifting since I was 14, and here to keep learning and keep growing.
 
Cycle History, 1 Cycle. Test and EQ. 600t/600EQ for 16 weeks. Looking to get back on, Wanna run Test and NPP.
I'll post up Diet and workout a little later!
 
Diet consists of 2600C (250c-250--60f), I'm attempting to re composition my body, but i'm not sure If A. Test, NPP cycle would be right for it. B. If my workouts are suffice.

Workout split is Right now a once week bro split, but going in 7 days a week to just get in and hit anything.

M-Chest
Flat BB- 5* 6-8
Incline BB- 4* 6-8
Dips- 4* 8-10
Flat DB- 4* 10-12
Incline DB- 4* 10-12

T- Back
Pull Ups- 5* 20,15,12,12,12
Seated Row- 5* 6-8
Lat PullDown- 5* 8-10
DB Row- 5* 10-12
HyperExtensions- 5* 15+

Wed- Core
Reverse Crunches-7* 12+
Russian Twists- 7-15+
Crunches- 7* 20+

Thursday- Shoulders
Lateral Raises- 10* 8-12
Front Raises- 10* 8-12
Rear Raises- 10* 8-12

Fri- Arms
EZ BB Curls- 6* 15, 6-8
DB overhead extensions- 6* 15, 6-8
DB Curls- 6* 10-12
Tricep Pushdown- 6* 10-12

Sat- Legs
Squats- 5- 6-8
Deadlift 5* 8-10
Lunges- 5* 10-12
Calve Raises- 6* 10-12
RDL's- 5* 12-15

Sun- Core, Aux Work
Reverse Crunches- 7* 12+
