New member here! I’m currently on a fertility journey and have paused all AAS for the time being. While I work on optimizing my natural hormone production, I’m interested in incorporating HGH and other recovery peptides to support overall health, longevity, and performance.
My main goals are:
Maintaining muscle mass while off AAS
Improving recovery and injury prevention
Enhancing natural anabolic pathways through peptides & supplements
Supporting fertility while keeping performance levels high
I’ve been looking into HGH and other recovery agents. I’m also considering additional supplements that could support testosterone, IGF-1 levels, and overall well-being while staying off traditional anabolics.
Would love to hear from those who have experience navigating a fertility-focused phase while still optimizing muscle growth and recovery. Any insights on dosing, timing, or what worked for you would be much appreciated!
