hey guys what do u think about my next cycle

HI i'm 19, about 6ft tall, i weigh about 234, and i have about 17% body fat, i recently finished my last cycle about 6 weeks ago, and plan to start next month.

my goal is to gain alot of size and lose plenty of fat, i'm going to do a 10 week cycle, i plan to take tokyo lab deca, ara test, and supertest for about the first 8 weeks, and the last 6 weeks wini tabs, and in the last 2 weeks cut out the ara test, , i have a pretty clean low carb low sugar diet, just have really slow metabolism. i would like anyones input, i would apreciate it, i have an idea on how to take it but i'm always open to suggestions. thank you

you should do one or the other, gaining size while cutting fat is very difficult, if not impossible for some.

this is definitely very difficult to do but not impossible. however you will see one predominantly over the other. i mean you will see the weight loss AND a little mass gain or vice versa. but you won't see both to the extreme. now, to do this you will need to use a good amount of aas. you just need more to build AS WELL AS preserve mass. at your size, you may be looking at something like, at least, 750mg/week of test and like 500-600 deca or eq and probably more. i'd opt for the eq if you're looking for leaner gains. you may also consider doing a longer cycle, like 12-14 weeks to get the maximum effect.

and you'll need to really dial in the diet and training to allow you to lose weight while building muscle. that means a real clean diet, not low-carb either, because low-carb will give you even less mass gains, imho. when all is said and done, it might just be wiser to do 8-10 weeks of primo, at 400mg/week, while you drop bf. then take a 4-6 week break from aas and then hit up a good 12-14 week mass cycle to put on weight once you've leaned out. that's how i would do it.
 
the cycle I just finished is the one for you bro - it gives size strength and will literally burn the extra fat off of you - I gained 17 pounds so far while losing extra bodyfat


test 15 weeks 600 mgs per week

tren enth 10 weeks 500 mgs per week

EQ 15 weeks 400-600 mgs per week

now I used a d-bol kicker 40 mgs ed for 6 weeks

as I said this cycle leaned me out while building hard quality mass - if you try it you will like it bro
