I've been lurking around for a while. This is a great place with so much info!
I'm in my 20s. Bodybuilding fan and I'm hoping to start competing soon. I've been doing the natty thing for a while but I want to take it to the next level.
I'm at around 110 lbs, 17-18ish% BF, eat about 1700 cals and lift 5-6 x a week. Not counting macros currently but I do get at least 140g of protein daily.
I am thinking of doing my first cycle with Var since it seems to the friendliest for females. I kinda have an idea of where to get it from but my biggest concern in the purity of it. I'm thinking to lab max it before consuming it, but even then I'm not sure how accurate the readings are.
I hope to connect with more girls who have experience in this area.
