I've been on here for a few days, but I've been following some threads for a month or two back. Finally decided it was time to join!
I was never really into fitness until after I had 2 kids and hit a whopping 220 lbs (at 5'3").
I started my journey 5 years ago. I was a cardio bunny the first year and then moved on to lifting. In the mix, I practiced Crossfit for about a year (not for me), but it helped give me some confidence about pushing more weight as I returned to the gym.
Today, I am down to 149 lb. Unfortunately, I am still hanging on to 31% BF. I feel my BF is a bit high to begin steroid use, but I'd like to follow others' journeys while I get there. Ideally, I'd like to reach 20% BF, but may start earlier depending on what I learn from you all! Any tips, motivation, anything along the way would be greatly appreciated!
