Hey I’m new here thought I’d pop in and drop a line. I’m 33 y/o, 5’7 and 184. I have always worked out. Ever since I was in the 11th grade. I played football and basketball at a pretty high level or at least collegiate level. I’ve always been pretty lean and athletic too. It’s a blessing I’ve always had. The last couple years I’ve run into a bunch of injuries that have set me back quite a bit, the most recent being an ankle injury that set me back about 9 months. Now I’m finally on the path to healing and I noticed my body struggles doing things I used to be able to do with ease. I don’t know a lot about cycles or about all the products. I have done roughly two cycles with the first one being just a wash cause I think I did everything wrong. Hoping to get some info regarding products and learn about different ones along the way. I’m not looking to bulk up too much, it’s more performance/athletic ability based. Does what you take matter or is it more about how you train? The first time everything was provided for me and they told me that this was what I needed. I ran test-prop and then added winstrol. I didn’t even PCT because I did not know about it. then the next one I did a bit of research cause I found I ached a lot and had some lower back pain and word was that winstrol kills your joints and I should switch to Anavar, so the next one I did test-e with anavar, aromasin and letrozole to help with the gyno that had occurred from the last cycle and clomid and Nova for PCT. That one was way better for me pain wise and performance, but I am just curious if I should stick with that or are there other products that pack more punch I should give a go or is this the best thing for what I’m looking for since the bulk and size gains aren’t huge in my list? I play a lot of sports where I run a lot and agility is key or again does this come down to more how I train and the gear doesn’t matter as much. I heard that if I am running a lot to not do Tren though even though it was one of the most powerful ones out there.
Any info helps. Thanks and glad to be aboard

Well, fuck you sir... :)

(Training ~= Diet) > Steroids

Steroids for the most part increase POTENTIAL gains, but don't do much if you are already not very close to being maxed out on training and diet outside of unhealthy demographics (elderly, non-age related sarcopenia, etc).

Judging by the remainder of the post, I wouldn't recommend any AAS here at all.

You need baseline bloodwork and a ton of reading before injecting yourself with anything.
