So I’m a new lifter. I’ve been on trt medically for about five years but over weight. I lost a bunch of weight and I’m recomposing now.

I’m like 9% body fat but skinny asf lol. 6’ tall around 165lbs. I’ve put 6 lbs or so of muscle on in the past month and a half so I’m making gains. I’m on 140mg test prop with a total test or 1470 and free test around 50.
I’ve been on ipa and tesa plus low dose tirz. I just starts hgh 2iu a night. I’m 5 days into the hgh no sides so far. I want to titrate up to 5iu. A day.

anyways just wanted to introduce myself. I’m pretty chill and hoping to make some gains and do a first blast sometime next year after I milk the trt for a while. I’m 40 yrs old. I just don’t want to blast before I take advantage of any easy gains I can get before I go all in.

Edit: one small tweak - wondering if you are planning to run IPA and tesa AND HGH? I wasn't sure how to read that...but if you're moving to HGH, then I'd drop the IPA and Tesa...but you didn't ask for direct critiques so this isn't technically one. Just impressed you laid out your goals and what you're using in your first post (as is proper...lol)

Yeah I am using taking ipa in the morning. Then im taking ipa at night with tesa fasted after dinner then waiting 30 mins and pinning the hgh. I started hgh 5 days ago so im just gauging my response to it and kept my old Stack going. I’ve been on tesa and IPA 2 months.
