its really easy. phreezer did it for me lmao. Actually phreezer started a thread on how to do it. Only like 3 or 4 steps if you have a pic. If u can't get it post the pic u want and the smart guys can resize it and put it up for you like the holy one did for me. I just put mine on at vip all by myself

I can email it to you. than you save picture to your desktop. than go to user cp and click on avatar and than custom avatar and browse desktop and open and it is done i believe.
