What do you think our chances are of you spending some of that free time of yours and writing us a rehab prehab article for tendonitis and properly working around minor injuries??

I know that I could of PM'd you this question..but then you could say no, and I would have been the only person to know...but this way if you say no...everyone on the board will know, and they will think your a DICK..

So this way it makes it harder for you to say No :D

I definitely can't pass on the chance for another post lol. Thanks for putting me on the spot bud j/k. I would love to help any way I can. The only problem I see is that injuries vary so much. Elbow pain could be coming from the neck or could be do to their workouts or work. Could be from muscle imbalance or overuse or bad form. There are so many variables that it is hard to say what is the right treatment or approach for each circumstance. Kinda like telling people what workout to do. Everyone responds differently. Also, everyone has different access to treatment modalities. For tendonitis usually u can just say ice, rest, and ultrasound. Tendonitis is sometimes overdiagnosed and may not be the issue at all. I hope you kinda get what I am saying. Email me and we can discuss your ideas further or we can keep posting here :D

No problems getting my hands off the bar, but sometimes it takes a minute or two for me to be able to fully extend my fingers.

a lot of forearm pain can actually be caused by gripping the bar too tightly, because when your wrists bend back with a tight grip it causes pain. Just try it with your hand now, make a fist or a tight grip with an imaginary bar and bend your wrist back.... then loosen the grip. That can ease forearm pain if you have that. Sometimes it takes a while to extend my fingers also.
