Well, here it goes. Since I decided to make a profile. I feel like I'm one step closer to releasing the beast. I'm 22 years old. I have been lifting weights and eating cakes for 7 years now. My stats are; 6'2'' at 245lbs. I don't count calories but judging by what my mom always said "I thank God you're my only child, feeding one of you is enough" is a clear indication that I get a good amount of food in everyday. Rest assured , the burden of feeding me is no longer on the shoulders of my parents lol. Since the age of 18, I have been working full time as a union construction worker in the city that never sleeps. I have never done a cycle of aas and the only reason why the thought ever occurred to me was I feel I'm at a place in my life now that I have all basics covered; A career, nutrition, training and recovery. I still feel though at 22 years old I have a lot of time left to gain naturally, I'm still hitting PR's and what not. Anyway, sorry I wrote a book about myself. I just want to say I've been lurking on this site for a year now reading for hours on the different compounds, forum threads etc etc.. and I feel like a fucking creep. So here I am, out in the open and I'm going to keep reading and educating myself.

Welcome to meso. You seem to have a good foundation already an if your still making gains naturally then continue to do so. That just gives you more time to research an get everything down pat "gear wise" before you make the transistion. Read, learn, an enjoy!

Thanks guys. I'm really thinking about pulling it off real soon. Might even make it an early 23rd birthday present. A ton of logistics involved and I'm preparing the details. Going to get blood work soon. My GP is hard on for blood work so I might as well oblige with the addition of checking my hormones..hopefully I can pull it off because he calls me a lumberjack. But he is a young doctor so maybe he'll get the gist of what I want to keep an eye on. I don't know off hand what hormonal blood test results in NYC looks like so not sure if it shows full or is capped.

Ok I will give my two cents, you are inelegant and know that you are still growing naturally and should wait..... that being said, you are a grown man so I won't preach but will suggest a test only cycle and have a good pct plan in effect.

I think you meant intelligent? I thought his post was quite elegant!

Op- wait as long as you can. Trust me. Hit a one year period with no gains and no pr's and it's time.

You're very right. And I want to follow that protocol. Progressive weight training is called such because one progresses as they train. Progression is another form of discipline. I sound very hypocritical and I retract my previous post. I must level with you though, not sure how being on AAS feels but there are times when I get bursts of energy and other times when I'm very flat and gassed out as a natural. It's also not easy watching Kai Greene and the Animal Supps sponsored crew training in the same gym as me and I can't help but think how guys like you and them can put heavy weight up so easily. I might have to find another gym lol. But you're right though. Also, I noticed from reading everyday that the quality of ug gear is not up to par and probably will never be. My hat goes off to all of you that take that chance. I'm going to keep thinking about it. In the mean time I'll keep reading.

What does your diet look like? Macros and calories? Breakdown if you have time. Training?

My eating is good. I eat very clean and it's the same everyday. breakfast is always a 4 egg omelet with ham cheese, spinach and tomatoes, 2 slices of bread. A serving of oatmeal, a couple of glasses of milk. Coffee break is large coffee, a western omelet on whole grain toast. Lunch is a fresh carved turkey, chicken or roast beef on a hero with cheese and mayo or a small lunch platter with extra meat. I get home from work I usually train then afterwards have dinner and a big shake. Dinner is always meat, veggies, some kind of carb and milk. This is everyday and on rest days I get another meal in lieu of not lifting when I get home. I pretty much eat every 3-4 hours from the time I wake up. My training is great I don't follow a plan, I stick to compounds movements. My flat bench is 275 for 6 reps, I squat 305, I deadlift 400lb cast iron tubs all day. Reason I don't follow a workout plan is that I feel muscles are very lazy so giving adequate rest i like to change it up every time I can. I do alot of assistance work as well.

Also stay well hydrated. Every weekend I grill up a bunch of chicken breast and I snack on that with smashed sweet potatoes and steamed veggies through out the week when I'm hungry in between meals. I'm not one to skip a meal or skimp on a meal and I make everything I eat count. I don't want to sound like teetotaler high moral altar boy queer, but I don't drink alcohol, never done any recreational drugs nor have I ever smoked a cigarette.. And I'm usually in bed by 10p.m. Even on Fridays and weekends so I get my sleep lol...

I might get flamed for this but.. I want to see you do a cycle log lol. 6'2 245 I'd say you're ready. A lot of guy don't wait till they get to your level to cycle. Hell a lot don't end up at your level after they cycle. A simple run of test around 600mg EW with adex for 10 weeks would blow you up.

That's what I was thinking. Very modest, one compound cycle test E with adex of course. I would like to sit at 280lbs lean. That's a pipe dream but I would be happy with whatever weight gain comes of it. I would do a log as well. I've been reading for a very long time on this and I want to see what I look like. This isn't something to fuck around with but I think with proper pct and my life style I can recover and maybe even keep a portion of what I gained.

Do everything right and you could probably hold on to about 15lbs of lean mass after pct. Maybe even more considering its your first cycle. Personally I gained 40lbs on my first cycle of test only and kept about 30.

You need to eat more my friend. Double it. Eating every 2 hours is key. Lose the simple carbs and go much heavier on the complex ones. You want to cycle when you are still growing? Have at it dude- but get your diet dialed in first. You should have at least one meal after your lunch and one meal after dinner and 3 protein shakes in the gaps. Wake up to eat. No bread, candy, soda and load up on sweet potatoes, spinach, broccoli with all your meals. You will grow like a weed... I bet you could hit 25lb on a cycle- hut 25 from 255 and you are at 280. Elite weight right there.

What's your training schedule and programming like?

Believe me I don't eat high glycemic carbs. I haven't had a soft drink in years or candy and candy is just empty calories. All my carb intake is very clean. Whole grain bread, oats, sweet potatoes and boiled potatoes. Only after I workout I eat simple sugars with my shake. I eat a meal after dinner that usually consists of Beef patties or chicken with veggies and milk or cottage cheese. I do get a meal in after lunch on rest days. I get a total of 5 meals on workout days and a total 6 on rest days. I'm not sure if I'm still growing or not. I want to give myself the benefit of the doubt. I'm not going to cycle any time soon. I still have alot of logistics and variables I must figure out before I do anything. By then I'll probably be 255 or more.

My training has been based off of Arnold Schwarzeneggers original biography book that has his 4 and 6 day splits. I started with bodyweight exercises when I was 17. Gradually worked into the 4 day split. I utilize the 6 day splits aspects of super sets and I try to keep it fresh every week. I work lagging or weaker body parts twice a week and I hit every muscle. Nothing is too weak or small for me not to do. I hit triples, doubles and singles once a month. I'm very consistent with my lifting and I take it very seriously.

Hey bro, I just got a My fitness Pal app. Definitely cool shit. I clocked what I ate today And I'm sitting at 5,200 calories and I haven't ate my night meal yet. I even had my primo Mexican bro behind the deli who makes my lunch everyday weigh all the food. That dude hooks me up everyday too.

The closet got too small for me bro lol. Besides, I think I'm bi-sexual.. After seeing Caitlyn Jenner she looks alot better then half the chick's I've been with..... Either that or I'm becoming a desperado.
