Glad to meet you guys. I've been mainly a cyclist over the years, but got into lifting about a year and half ago to gain some strength and have fell in love with it. After I got my diet down and really got serious in lifting I really started gaining muscle.. A lot of weight too!!, which is a nightmare for a cyclist, but the muscle weight gave me a lot more strength on the bike, so it kinda equaled itself out. I've been hinting around about crossing over, and I feel I've pretty much have made up my mind. Been on a lot forums, but this one seems to be pretty mature and helpful after doing some reading. Anyways.. I'm here and look forward getting to know you guys.
