just saying hi....ive seen some quality discussion on this forum recently...only just found it a few days ago....i cant give much good advice as ive only been training for about 20 years on and off but never, up until the last 2 years, bodybuilding....ive always been a fat lump but have been doing quite well with my diet and training these last 2 years....
maybe this is a little too much info too fast but thought id start off with a bit of info instead of just a simple "hi".
