Only lifting 3x a week and wondering if I could just pin 5IUs on those days or should I just stick with 2IUs ED. Weekly total would be about the same but I'm wondering if a higher dose less frequently would make any difference.
FWIW, I'm 42 and have been using 2IUs ED for 3 months. IGF1 went from 46 to 153. Getting mild CT and water retention on just 2IUs but heard less frequent pinning could reduce those sides.
