Skip more serious interventions if you can, insulin and metformin.

Reta will help manage your glucose as well.

I’ve been taking small amounts of Reta alongside. I use to have problems with getting hyperglycaemic when doing intense long cardio. Since running hgh and low dose of Reta I have never felt so good

Yup! The only BG issues I ever had were fasted in the morning. Post meals were always fine. But finally found the right combination of berberine and metformin to fix the morning fasted.
