Before anyone links the (Hgh fat loss) article here I will just say that Iread thru it multiple times already. What I am confused about is why so many people rave about higher Hgh doses burn more fat when that article claims any more gh than 4iu a day split between 2 doses will not burn more fat. I’ve been reading posts about people claiming they burn way more fat on 10iu/day vs 4iu. I’m very confused on which is the true answer, can anyone give some insight and/or experience?
