Hgh and fat loss

I mean you will definitely have better results combining your HGH with some AAS. I don't think anyone is gonna say "HGH alone is better for fat lass than HGH + AAS"
Do you mean supraphysiolgical levels of aas, or even just a high trt dose?
 
Mighty Mouse reported better fat loss doing 6 iu all at once in the morning v. splitting it up, even though his IGF-1 was higher splitting it up . . .

your 20 percent at 200lbs? your really wasting your time, proper diet, training. once you are lean at say 8 percnent use gh. at 20 percent I wouldn't even use test.

id go on a really low calorie diet, are you coming off an injury or something>? not be be a dick but 20% body fat in a male?

I’m someone who thinks people underestimate there body fat to a high degree. Abs start showing at 20%. 15% obliques and serratus start showing. 8-10% you are very close to contest stage with ~ 5-10 pounds away from 4-6%bf. I guarantee you aren’t the body fat you think you are. By the way, my obliques and sereatus have started showing Just this month so I disagree with your statement that it was a waste to run gh at 20%. It definitely helped me and I continue to lose body fat eating the same foods I always do.

My lbm is ~ 160 lbs. So at 5% I would be 168 lbs, 10% = 177 lbs, 15% = 188 lbs. BUT, I did not lose any weight and I still weigh 200 pounds with more of my abdomen muscles showing and face is starting to sink in so that tells me my body is adding muscle while burning body fat at the same time. Am I wrong to use gh again?

hard to tell without pics, id say waist measurements are more important. I have had a 36 inch waist with veins in it, gross. I would rather be 32 with some fat, hate having wide hips. but a true 20 percent, you are probably doing some things wrong, but id have to see a pic. I try and stay ripped year round but im not a bodybuilder I don't puff up to gain a few oz of muscle extra, lol
