HGH and Insulin help

Just curious if someone trustworthy knows the protocol for HGH and insulin.

How much mg/ml of insulin to how much GH.

And is this a twice a day shot or ED or EOD ,etc?

IMO the first step of the protocol is
Question: Did you already plateau on multigram TOTAL weekly dose? (total = all steroids included)
No? then you don't need any GH/slin yet.

No just curious . I got a bunch GH that I'm gonna do and

No blood work in a 10 weeks but I do know abt getting labs fist .
But was needing to know how much to pin D ;
